Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and GrowthNodes ApS, Havneholmen 70, 2nd floor, 1561 Copenhagen V, Denmark (CVR 40196021), the company behind Stasis. By using Stasis you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your own wellbeing. You may not resell, copy, or redistribute the content, or try to extract or reverse engineer it.
Health disclaimer
Stasis supports relaxation and wellbeing. It is not medical care, therapy, or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Do not use sessions while driving or operating machinery. If you have a medical or mental health condition, speak with a qualified professional. The in-app safety check exists to help you use the app responsibly.
Subscriptions and billing
- Premium is a recurring subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your store account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Prices may vary by region and may change with notice. Refunds are handled under the rules of the store you purchased through.
- You can restore an active subscription on your other devices.
In-app items
The app may include rewards, gems, chests, and similar virtual items. These are a licence to use features inside the app only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not sold for real money. Where any item involves chance, the odds are disclosed in the app.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the reward systems.
Content and changes
We add, change, and remove content over time. We may update the app and these terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Denmark, unless the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
